The owner of any premises upon connection of the each unit to the water system of the Borough of Matawan shall pay to the Borough of Matawan for the use of such water services a quarterly water fee as follows:

 Water Rate

• All water consumption less than 4,000 cubic feet shall be paid at the rate of fifty-two dollars and no cents ($52.00) per 1,000 cubic feet.

• All water consumption greater than 4,000 cubic feet but less than 7,500 cubic feet shall be paid at the rate of fifty-seven dollars and no cents ($57.00) per 1,000 cubic feet.

• All water consumption greater that 7,500 shall be paid at the rate of sixty dollars and no cents ($60.00) per 1,000 cubic feet.
• A minimum quarterly charge of thirty dollars and no cents ($30.00) will be charged for each account connected to the Matawan Borough Water System.

• Each non-commercial unit $143.00
• Each class room unit of a public or private school $143,00
• Commercial and industrial establishments 149% of the quarterly water bill thereof except that such quarterly sewer charge shall not be less the $143.00
