The Office of Property Maintenance is responsible for the safety, health, welfare and reasonable comfort for Matawan residents, businesses and visitors. This includes:

• Lack of exterior structure maintenance
• Structural deterioration
• Lack of interior maintenance of a structure and equipment
• Infestation
• Lack of essential heat
• Existence of  hazards
• Unsanitary conditions
• Trash litter, garbage and debris
• Abandon Motor Vehicles
• Overcrowding of resident units
