Borough Administrator, Scott Carew
As provided by local ordinance, the Borough Administrator serves as the Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for the conduct of day-to-day municipal operations. The various municipal department heads report to the Administrator. Duties of the Administrator include the coordination of activities of the Borough, implementing the decisions of the Mayor and Council, and the efficient and proper delivery of services to the community. In addition, the Administrator handles the negotiations of contracts for the Borough, purchasing and personnel.
